staging: rtl8723bs: rename ScanType to scan_type
Rename the CamelCase field ScanType of struct rt_channel_info, as
well as the relevant local variables, to scan_type to conform to
the Linux kernel coding style guidelines.
This also fixes several checkpatch.pl warnings:
CHECK: Avoid CamelCase: <ScanType>
