Merge branch 'js/coverity-unchecked-returns-fix'

A handful of code paths have been corrected to check return values
from functions like curl_easy_duphandle(), deflateInit(), lseek(),
dup(), and strbuf_getline_lf(), resolving several Coverity warnings
about unchecked returns.
