Merge branch 'jk/bloom-leak-fixes'
Various memory leaks in the Bloom-filter code paths that are exposed
when running tests with the 'GIT_TEST_COMMIT_GRAPH_CHANGED_PATHS=1'
environment variable have been plugged.
