Merge branch 'kh/trailers-no-urls'
The trailer parsing machinery has been updated to avoid mistaking
lines that begin with a URL (e.g., 'https://...') as trailer lines.
This prevents intended textual URLs from being mangled or mistakenly
treated as metadata keys.
