Merge branch 'js/coverity-fixes'

Various resource leaks, invalid file descriptor closures, and process
handle ownership issues flagged by Coverity have been fixed.

  download_https_uri_to_file(): do not leak fd upon failure
  loose: avoid closing invalid fd on error path
  load_one_loose_object_map(): fix resource leak
