Align with the reference implementation from the ThinkPad X13s.
The audio-routing setup specifies two power supplies for each DMIC,
but only one of them can be active at the same time.
Drop the redundant routes to the pull-up "VA MIC BIASn" supplies as
done in commit a2e617f4e698 ("arm64: dts: qcom: sc8280xp-x13s: Drop
duplicate DMIC supplies").
There is no functional difference except that we skip briefly switching
to pull-up mode when shutting down the microphone.

Align with the reference implementation from the ThinkPad X13s:
Switch to using the Qualcomm specific UEFI variable that is used by the
UEFI firmware (and Windows) to store the RTC offset.
Use the new 'qcom,uefi-rtc-info' property to indicate that the offset is
stored in a UEFI variable so that the OS can determine whether to wait

Align the Surface Pro 9 5G with the other sc8280xp-based models as done in
this patch series [1] from Bartosz.
Add a node for the PMU of the WCN6855 and rework the inputs of the wifi
and bluetooth nodes to consume the PMU's outputs.
With this we can drop the regulator-always-on properties from vreg_s11b
and vreg_s12b as they will now be enabled by the power sequencing
driver.
Use the fixed BT vddrfa1p7-supply supply name to align with bindings.

The top USB-C port (usb0) didn't switch to DP alt mode, as reusing the
same GPIO 101 as on the SC8280XP CRD or Lenovo ThinkPad X13s was not
working on the Surface Pro 9 5G.
Investigation [1] by Jens on the Windows Dev Kit (WDK2023), the other
sc8280xp-based "blackrock" model from Microsoft, found a reference
to GPIO 100 in the DSDT in addition to 101. Switching to GPIO 100
fixed the issue on blackrock, as it does on arcata to enable
external screen when using the left-side top USB-C port.

The Qualcomm PCIe binding deprecates perst-gpios and wake-gpios
on the host bridge and expects board reset and wake GPIOs to be
described on the root port. PERST# is described there as
reset-gpios.
Move the PCIe PHY references in kodiak.dtsi to the PCIe0 and PCIe1
root port nodes, and move the board-specific PCIe reset and wake
GPIOs in the Kodiak DTs to the corresponding root ports.
Keep the PHY and GPIO resources on the same root port nodes so the
Qualcomm PCIe driver can parse the root port binding instead of
falling back to the legacy host bridge GPIO parsing.

Chromium/Depthcharge bootloaders may dynamically add a few device nodes
to a system's DTB under a /firmware node. A typical DT looks something
like the following:
/ {
firmware {
ranges;
coreboot {
compatible = "coreboot";
reg = <...>;
...;
};
};
};
Notably, the /firmware node has an empty 'ranges', but does not have
address/size-cells.
Commit 6e5773d52f4a ("of/address: Fix WARN when attempting translating
non-translatable addresses") started requiring #address-cells for a
device's parent if we want to use the reg resource in a device node.
This leads to errors like the following:
[ 7.763870] coreboot_table firmware:coreboot: probe with driver coreboot_table failed with error -22
Add appropriate #{address,size}-cells to work around the problem.
Note that Google has also patched the Depthcharge bootloader source to
add {address,size}-cells [1], but bootloader updates are typically
delivered only via Google OS updates. Not all users install Google
software updates, and even if they do, Google may not produce updated
binaries for all/older devices.

The kstat_irqs field of struct irq_desc is used to store a per-cpu count
of interrupt events. It is initialized in init_desc(), along with all
the other fields in struct irq_desc that need explicit initialization,
and therefore it's always available (non-NULL) for any valid interrupt
descriptor.
On parisc, CONFIG_SPARSE_IRQ is disabled, interrupt descriptors are
allocated statically in the irq_desc[] array, and kstat_irqs is
initialized implicitly to NULL. The kstat_irqs field is initialized
later, for all descriptors, via start_kernel() -> early_irq_init() ->
init_desc().
smp_boot_one_cpu() is used only for CPU hotplugging. On a SMP system,
the boot CPU initializes the interrupt descriptors as described above,
and smp_boot_one_cpu() is called later, for the secondary CPU(s).
A previous change made similar changes across the generic interrupt code in
kernel/irq/irqdesc.c, and provides a more detailed explanation of why
kstat_irqs is guaranteed to be non-NULL.

Assigning the invalidation level (an s8 value) with TLBI_TTL_UNKNOWN
(a 32bit signed value) is not ideal, to say the least. Instead of
this, only pass TLBI_TTL_UNKNOWN to __kvm_tlb_flush_vmid_ipa_nsh()
when we know for sure that we don't have a provided level.

Revert
99cf1fb58e68 ("x86/virt/sev: Drop WBINVD before setting MSR_AMD64_SYSCFG_SNP_EN").
Section 8.8 of the SNP spec says:
Before invoking SNP_INIT_EX with INIT_RMP set to 1, software must ensure
that no CPUs contain dirty cache lines for the memory containing the RMP.
Cachelines can be moved from cache to cache in a dirty state. The
wbinvd_on_all_cpus() before SNP_INIT_EX flushes the caches for each CPU, but
if the IPIs for WBINVD race with this dirty cacheline movement, it is possible
that they may not get flushed, violating the firmware requirement.
Doing wbinvd_on_all_cpus() before setting SNPEn is safer since the RMP
table is not yet in use.

Some multi GPU systems may have a VGA compatible device, but that might not be
used for display. If due to enumeration order this device is found before the
one actually used for display then multiple devices may show the boot_display
attribute, confusing userspace.
When screen info is valid, use it exclusively to find the primary device so
that only the device backing the framebuffer is reported. Only when no
framebuffer has been set up does it make sense to fall back to the default VGA
device. This ensures at most one primary graphics device, preferably the one
with the framebuffer.

Don't leak hypervisor stack data when using the FFA_VERSION call.
When the compiler doesn't support -ftrivial-auto-var-init=zero option
we need to zero out the stack initialized variable before returning data

Harden the check for the constituent memory region page alignment
to prevent over-sharing when the negotiated FFA_PAGE_SIZE size is
smaller than the system PAGE_SIZE.
At the moment we only check that the size of the range is page
aligned, and truncate the address to the page boundary which can
annotate more memory than needed as being used by the FF-A.

Prevent the pKVM hypervisor from making assumptions that the
endpoint memory access descriptor (EMAD) comes right after the
FF-A memory region header.
Prior to FF-A version 1.1 the header of the memory region
didn't contain an offset to the endpoint memory access descriptor.
The layout of a memory transaction looks like this from 1.1 onward:
Type | Field name | Offset
[ Header | ffa_mem_region | 0
EMAD 1 | ffa_mem_region_attributes) | ffa_mem_region.ep_mem_offset
]
Verify that the offset to the first endpoint memory access descriptor
is within the mailbox buffer bounds.
Also, fix one hardcoded sizeof(struct ffa_mem_region_attributes) that
should be replaced ffa_emad_size_get() for compatibility with FFA v1.0.

Sashiko (locally) reports out of bound write possiblity if SPMD
returns an invalid data.
While SPMD is considered trusted, pKVM does some basic checks,
for offset to be less than or equal len.
However, that is incorrect as even if the offset is smaller than
len pKVM can still access out of bound memory in the next
ffa_host_unshare_ranges().
Split this check into 2:
1- Check that the fixed portion of the descriptor fits.
2- After getting reg, check the variable array size addr_range_cnt
fits.
Also, drop the WARN_ONs as that will panic the kernel and in the
next checks there are no WARNs, so that makes it consistent.

The PDMA request numbers (DRQ) are fixed values specific to the SoC from
a hardware perspective. The detailed definition can be found in K1 User
Manual [1], Chapter 9.4.3 DMA Connectivity & Assignments. Add a DTS
header file to define the symbolic names for the DRQs of non-secure DMA
peripherals.
Convert the K1 SPI3 node to these macros.

x86 asm/setup.h includes linux/kexec_handover.h. This is because it is
used by setup.c and kaslr.c. But this inclusion is problematic. The
header is included in many places, so it results in the KHO header being
propagated there. Also, the setup header is used by realmode code. If
KHO header includes things like mm.h, it causes a big dump of
compilation failures.
Nothing in setup.h uses anything from KHO. Remove the header from
setup.h, and directly include it in setup.c. which does use things from
KHO. Since kaslr.c is a part of the decompressor, avoid including linux
headers there directly. Instead, split out struct kho_scratch, which is
the only thing the kaslr.c uses, and move it to
include/asm-generic/kexec_handover.h.
This should also help reduce files recompiled when kexec_handover.h
changes.

the static thing which doesn't pay attention to disabled mask bits
anyway.
Use the following command to do the replacement:
$ git grep --files-with-matches -w static_cpu_has -- ':(exclude)*cpufeature.h' \
